1 General Provisions and Definitions

The terms and conditions set out in this document apply to the cesino baji platform and all services under it. The key terms used are defined below:

• "Platform" refers to the cesinobaji.cam website, mobile application and all associated digital services.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any person registered on the platform who has created an account and is using the services.
• "Services" refers to online betting, casino games, live casino, slots and other entertainment activities provided by cesino baji.
• "Balance" refers to the funds deposited in a user's account.
• "Bonus" refers to additional credits granted under a promotional offer that can be withdrawn after meeting specified conditions.

These terms and conditions are drawn up in accordance with applicable laws of Bangladesh. In the event of any ambiguity, cesino baji's interpretation shall be final.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

All services on cesino baji are available only to persons aged 21 or above. Providing a valid identity document for age verification at the time of registration is mandatory. If any user creates an account by stating a false age, that account will be immediately cancelled and all balance in that account will be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may create only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, this will be treated as a prohibited activity and all related accounts will be closed. Using the same device, IP address or payment details to operate multiple accounts falls under the same rule.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. If any discrepancy is found in the name, national ID number, mobile number or payment details, the account may be put on hold for verification. If any information needs to be changed, contact customer service directly.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

Each user is fully responsible for the security of their own account. Keeping login details (username and password) confidential is each member's own responsibility.

• The account password must not be shared with anyone.
• Allowing any person, known or unknown, to use your account is prohibited.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify customer service immediately.
• After logging in from a public or shared device, you must log out.

cesino baji is under no obligation to reverse any transaction carried out by a third party from a user's account. The responsibility for ensuring account security rests entirely with the user.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

cesino baji currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other major banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Once a deposit is completed successfully, the balance is generally added to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Once processing is complete, funds are generally sent within 1 hour. Withdrawal requests can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Account verification (KYC) must be completed before a withdrawal can be approved.

4.3 Transaction Cancellation

Once a submitted request is being processed, it may not be possible to cancel it. However, cesino baji reserves the right to temporarily hold any transaction for investigation in cases of suspicious or unauthorised activity.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

cesino baji offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,500, making the total account balance ৳2,500. Before withdrawing this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times — meaning for a ৳1,500 bonus, bets totalling ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 must be placed.

5.2 Bonus Terms

• The bonus is given only once and is non-transferable.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• If multiple accounts are used to claim bonuses, all related accounts will be cancelled.
• Promotional offers may have a specific expiry period, and any unused bonus will be cancelled once the period ends.
• cesino baji reserves the right to change or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

5.3 VIP Cashback

VIP members receive a weekly cashback benefit. Cashback is calculated at a set rate on the week's net loss (total losses minus total winnings). For example: a Gold tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 in cashback. The exact cashback rate is determined by VIP tier.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All decisions related to betting and gaming on the cesino baji platform are final. cesino baji reserves the right to void any incorrect result caused by a technical error.

• Once a bet on an event has been accepted, the user cannot unilaterally cancel it.
• If a connection is lost due to a server or network issue, the outcome of any game in progress at that time will be determined based on the data stored in the system.
• Placing contradictory bets on the same match (arbitrage betting) is prohibited.
• Using automated betting software or bots is strictly prohibited.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final and the result confirmed by the system is binding.

7 Prohibited Activities

Involvement in any of the activities listed below will result in immediate account cancellation and the balance may be forfeited:

• Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the origin of illegal funds.
• Creating or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Intentionally exploiting any technical vulnerability or bug in the platform.
• Harassing, threatening or insulting other users.
• Creating multiple accounts to unfairly claim bonuses or promotional benefits.
• Participating in match-fixing or any fraudulent activity.
• Attempting to deposit or withdraw through a third party outside of approved payment methods.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Action by cesino baji

cesino baji may temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• If a breach of these terms and conditions is proven.
• If evidence of fraudulent activity is found on the account.
• If a financial investigation becomes necessary.
• If the user registered with a false identity or fake information.

8.2 Closure at User's Request

Any member who wishes to close their account voluntarily may contact customer service. Once any pending bets or transactions are settled and subject to wagering requirements being met, the remaining balance will be returned.

9 Responsible Gaming

cesino baji believes that gaming is for entertainment — not a way to solve financial problems. We encourage all members to set their own limits and play responsibly. The platform has options for deposit limits, betting limits and voluntary breaks. 11.2 Appeal Process

11.3 Limitation of Liability

cesino baji's liability for losses caused by technical errors, third-party payment gateway issues or internet connection problems is limited. While we commit to providing full cooperation in such situations, we cannot guarantee compensation for losses caused by external factors.

12 Changes to Terms and Termination

cesino baji reserves the right to change, amend or update any part of these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, an effort will be made to notify members through the platform. Continued use of the service after any change will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect. cesino baji reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently change any service as needed.
